International Events Manager SaaS (w/m/d)
We are searching for an enthusiastic Events Manager with a "can-do" attitude to join our marketing team. You will assist our organisation in hosting events that enhance our image.

Here's what you'll be doing
- You will be organising and delivering events of all sizes: from small roundtable gatherings, customer events or internal sessions, to online events as well as big industry exhibitions and trade shows
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into activations
- Overseeing the end-to-end event process: from initiating the first internal kick-off to on-site management, as well as post-event communication and lead nurturing
- Venue and supplier management, budget control, delegate management and demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Managing and procuring venues and other suppliers, negotiating effectively and in line with our organisation’s values
- Preparing event collateral including detailed on-site schedules
Our dream candidate
- An independent, structured, and goal-oriented Events Manager
- Experience in an end-to-end event management role, including budget, stakeholder, and coordination management
- A commercial mindset with a keen eye for brand and customer experience
- Ability to travel
- Strong communicational skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Positive, open-minded, confident
- Experience working with HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

You will collaborate closely with the team, as well as with external freelancers and agencies to make sure that all our marketing messaging is spot on.
Your content leads the way in our customer’s journey and your keen interest in data-driven storytelling drives you to constantly find new and better ways to this. From drawing attention through eye-catching ad copy and nurturing the right audience through compelling website content, to converting them into leads through your sharp messaging and smart CTAs.
What you'll be doing
- Guide the customer journey and create phenomenal, audience-centric content to drive awareness, demand, and lead generation
- Constantly identify untapped opportunities and improve our content marketing strategy for our international markets
- Deliver, and support to deliver spot on digital content, like website articles, case studies, playbooks, infographics, videos, educational content, etc
- Tailor content for every channel, whether it is for social media, our website, newsletters, ads, (automated) email campaigns, or landing pages

- Experience (3 years is about right) in (B2B) Content Marketing, SEO, Digital Content Creation, Copywriting, or other relevant marketing roles
- Speaks perfect English
- Has strong writing and editing skills and a passion for bringing ideas to life
- Has experience in optimising content for ”B2B conversions / lead generation”

- 6-8 years of product management and marketing experience and/or technical pre-sales or related technology experience
- Fluency in both English and German
- Product Marketing experience in SaaS/Cloud is essential
- History of improving processes, methodologies, programmes, and/or frameworks that improved company impact, customer experiences, and/or cross-team performance
- Ability to envision and articulate end-to-end value propositions and customer scenarios
- As a self-starter you can create and manage multiple projects effectively while driving to measurable results
- Ability to work cross functionally and influence without authority
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver on key milestones
- Experiences in mentorship responsibilities is a plus

Senior Product Marketing Manager, Learning Technology
In the market of corporate learning user generated content is here to stay and has accelerated this fast-growing segment in the cloud market. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, fluent in both English and German, who will be responsible for our content authoring tool "imc Express", to join our fabulous team.
Together we will build a high-impact GTM strategy with great storytelling and differentiated product strategy. The Ideal candidate will have have functional expert experience in a SaaS technology company (preferably in the digital marketing space). As a Product Marketer, you will be an integral part of our cross-functional team. For this highly visible and influential position, the ideal candidate will have experience working across Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to introduce and grow innovative product capabilities in a fast-emerging and evolving market.
You have a passion for technology and a deep outside-in empathy for customer experience and success. You must possess a solid understanding of adoption models and business value for multiple channels. In addition, you have demonstrable experience developing and executing successful product growth strategies.
Here's what you'll be doing
- Know the customer needs, buyer journey, language, and overall mindset of the market segments and turn those insights into messages and programmes that resonate
- Provide recommendations on pricing, promotion, and packaging approaches
- Identify untapped opportunities and develop strategic marketing programmes to meet these needs
- Collaborate cross functionally to develop marketing plans to drive demand for our products across all GTM channels
- Be a subject matter expert and develop clear and engaging content for our communities such as pitch decks, solution sheets, product demos, blogs, videos, and workshops
- Create joint marketing programmes with our value-add technology partners
- Be present and available to customers and partners at imc events, webinars, and executive briefings
- Sales enablement and field support: communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team in an effective way and develop the sales tools and content needed to support the selling process
